About
I’m Jeremy Perreau, a Rust developer working on async services, IoT messaging, and distributed systems.
For the past year and a half I’ve been building production Rust at Wildcard, on a connected-vehicle telemetry pipeline (Tokio, NATS JetStream, Kafka, sqlx). Before that, ten years as an aircraft structural mechanic at Airbus, then a career switch into tech in 2022.
I’m also finishing an RNCP-7 (Bac+5) program in cybersecurity at École 2600, which is where the binary exploitation and reverse engineering writeups on this blog come from. Rust and low-level security feel like the same craft from two angles, so both keep showing up here.
Open to remote Rust roles from August 2026.
